Intercultural Communication
Communication is such an essential part of our actions that we almost overlook it. By highlighting communication and considering it an integral part of the policy process, the Go Arabic Institute challenges this assumption. Communication not only plays a management role within the organization, it is also the tool to be used in a policy process. A good communication strategy unites policy intentions and their organization.
Currently, the communication function of many policy organizations is under pressure. We are seeing increasing attention to positioning the organization as a partner in policy processes. Policymaking and implementation are inextricably linked to collaboration. A prerequisite for collaboration is insight into one's own identity. The institute can provide support in developing and implementing a strategy for internal (intercultural) and corporate communication. It can also assist externally with communication aimed at specific target groups, such as migrants and newcomers (knowledge migrants, refugees, etc.).
